About me
My work is about the tectono-metamorphic evolution of metamorphic basements and, specifically, continental crust rocks from the Alpine chain.
The Sesia Lanzo Zone, the Languard-Campo Nappe and the Dent-Blanche Unit are examples of the areas studied.
More recently a started wotking on Argentera Massif and other nice places.
All this work is done with my "family" Iole Spalla and Guido Gosso, Paola Tartarotti and Davide Zanoni.
Quantitative Texture Analysis is another research field I really like and which is getting nice results and observations. I do this work with my friends Daniel Chateigner (Caen - France), Luca Lutterotti (Trento - Italy + Caen- France), Bachir Ouladiaff (Grenoble - France) and Valentina Barberini (Milano - Italy).
A lot of collaboration started in these more than 10 years of work and I will list them.....please wait.
